The New Mexico Horsemen's Association (NMHA), the National HBPA's affiliate in New Mexico, recently announced new officers for the upcoming year. Gary Clements is the new Chairman, Wayne Noel is the new Vice Chairman, and Ron Applegate is the new Secretary-Treasurer.
The full list of NMHA Board of Director members for the next year are: Dick Cappellucci, Ernie Edgar, Jose Gonzalez, Weldon Jenkins, Orlando Montes, Dr. Matt Rounseville, Joe Shepard, and Terry Walker.
The National HBPA would like to congratulate the new officers and Board. The National HBPA would also like to thank previous officers Terry Walker, Susan Vescovo and Weldon Jenkins for their service to the horsemen of New Mexico over the last three years.
