The Ohio HBPA recently concluded its election, and Mark Doering, Joe Poole, Alan White, Dr. John Piehowicz, Fred "Butch" Nemann and Bob Reeves were all elected to serve four-year terms on the Ohio HBPA Board of Directors.

The Ohio HBPA Board of Directors is comprised of six trainer or owner-trainers and six owners, with one-half of the board elected in each even year.

Doering, Poole and White were each elected in the trainer or owner/trainer category, while Piehowicz, Nemann and Reeves were each elected in the owner-only category. They join current board members Tim Hamm, Robin Schuster, Rich Zielinski, Nancy Garrison, Steve Roberts and Jim Yaegel to make up the Ohio HBPA Board of Directors for the next two years. Robert Roe will serve as the alternate in the trainer or owner-trainer category, and Dr. Randy Blevins will serve as the alternate in the owner-only category.

The new Ohio HBPA Board of Directors will select the organization's officers and committee members for the next two years at its next scheduled meeting on Thursday, September 30 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the Sanese Center in Columbus.
