This is a reminder to the state affiliates who have not yet made the switch over to the National HBPA Director & Officer Liability Insurance Program from MOC Insurance, John Unick, agent.
John helped design a policy specifically tailored to the HBPA; it includes but is not limited to:
• Choice of Council, which includes National HBPA General Counsel Doug McSwain at Sturgill, Turner, Barker & Moloney
• Anti-trust and the limit on the National policy is higher than most policies carried by those who have already switched
• Uniform coverage and coordination of insurance carrier, making it a bit easier to navigate a claim with multiple states involved
• Reduced cost, the National Board of Directors has agreed to provide this coverage to the state affiliates for 10% less than your renewal premium
