Registration is now open for the 2012 RCI Annual Meeting and Convention. The convention will be held at the Hilton Skirvin Hotel in Oklahoma City from April 25 through 27. This is an important annual industry meetings that impacts
our horsemen, and the National HBPA encourages our all of our affiliates
to send a representative to the RCI convention.
