The teenage country music group has teamed up with the racing industry duo of Kenny McPeek and Sue McPeek to create a music video to promoting Horse Races NOW (HRN), the informational and recreational app developed by the McPeeks.

Billed as “the coolest horse racing app ever,” Horse Races NOW offers real-time racing information, live video and race replays on users’ iPhones and Android devices, from dozens of leading racetracks throughout North America. The app is available through the App Store and Google Play, or by texting “Horse” to 84700.

“This app is designed to be a fun and indispensable tool for both the industry insider or casual fan,” said Sue McPeek, co-founder of Horse Races NOW. “It makes it easy for fans to stay connected to their favorite horses, trainers, jockeys or racetracks. Kenny and I are delighted to be working with such a talented, fun group.”

Jetset Getset, which was named by the Country Music Association among “Who New to Watch in 2013,” shot the music video for “Horse Races Now” at three of Kentucky’s leading racetracks—Churchill Downs, Keeneland and Turfway Park. In the video, race fans, jockeys and horses join in the fun, bobbing their heads to the beat. The song and video are available as part of the app.

“When the McPeeks approached us about doing this project, we wanted the song to be catchy and the video to be equally fun,” said Kelli Jette, manager of Jetset Getset and also a life-long equestrian. “We think people will enjoy both.”

Horse Races NOW was co-founded by trainer Kenny McPeek, who has won more than 138 stakes during his career, including the Belmont Stakes with the horse Sarava in 2009. He is also known for having won back-to-back Spinster Stakes with Take Charge Lady in 2002 and 2003, and back-to-back Gulfstream Park Breeder’s Cup Handicaps with Hard Buck (BRZ) and Prince Arch in 2004 and 2005. McPeek owns the acclaimed Magdalena Farm in Lexington.
