Benard Chatters Elected as President of Louisiana HBPA
Benard Chatters was elected President of the Louisiana Horsemen’s Benevolent & Protective Association in the runoff election conducted April 28, 2014. The Presidential term is for three years. Benard is a Louisiana native and has owned and trained horses for more than 20 years. He is committed to serving with honesty and integrity and looks forward to working on behalf of all Louisiana HBPA members.
