Live Stream of TOBA National Awards Dinner to be Available on BloodHorse.com

The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association (TOBA) announced that a live stream of the 28th Annual National Awards Dinner, to be held on Friday, September 6, will be available on bloodhorse.com.

“We are excited to partner with the Blood-Horse to offer a live stream of the Awards Dinner,” said Dan Metzger president of TOBA. “Due to the popularity of the live stream last year we have decided to offer this opportunity to our members and the racing community again this year.”

Video coverage of the National Awards Dinner will begin at 8 p.m. EDT on September 6. Coverage can be seen online at www.bloodhorse.com/tobaawards.

The TOBA National Awards Dinner, hosted by former jockey and television racing analyst Donna Barton Brothers, honors the achievements of Thoroughbred owners in the four major North American racing regions and breeders in 21 states and Canada. In addition, the Rood & Riddle Thoroughbred Sport Horse of the Year Award will be presented to the owners of Thomas Edison, an ex-Thoroughbred racehorse that has excelled in sport horse competitions as tracked by the United States Equestrian Federation. TOBA will also honor Lisa Danielle, the National Broodmare of the Year and Gary Biszantz with the Industry Service Award.

National Awards Dinner sponsors include OCD Pellets, Xpressbet, Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates, Woodford Reserve, Fasig-Tipton, John Deere, Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC, Flair Nasal Strips, Daily Racing Form and Blood-Horse Publications.
